Associate — Finance & Projects, Singapore

Join a well-established Asia Pacific finance & projects team based in Singapore, working on international and cross‑border debt finance transactions. The role focuses on project finance, acquisition and corporate financings across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, transport and digital infrastructure.

This is a transactional role with significant client contact and regional travel. You will work closely with senior lawyers on live financings, participate in business development activities and benefit from structured mentoring and professional development programmes.

• Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction
• Approximately 3–5 years' post‑qualification experience in debt finance
• Practical experience in project finance and related debt transactions
• Comfortable with international, cross‑border matters and regional travel
• Client‑facing skills and willingness to engage in business development
