  • Qualified solicitor admitted in Australia (or eligible to admit)
  • Experience on finance transactions (syndicated lending, acquisition finance or similar)
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial finance documentation
  • Commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
