Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking mid-level associates (3–6+ years) to join its Fund Finance department in New York.

The practice represents a sophisticated client base, including major banks, asset managers and lending institutions, and offers extensive client interaction and a broad mix of transactional finance work.

This is a multi-faceted role with exposure to a wide range of finance and lending matters, with significant responsibility and direct client contact from early on.

Compensation is competitive and comprehensive, with base salary, performance bonuses and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

3–6+ years of relevant law firm experience
Background in one or more of: syndicated lending, commercial lending, leveraged finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings
Excellent academic credentials
Admission to the Bar in the United States
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Resume/CV and law school transcript required; cover letter encouraged
