Associate — Funds, Singapore

Join a specialist funds group in Singapore advising fund managers and investors across fund formation and ongoing regulatory matters. The role offers hands-on drafting and negotiation of fund documents and regulatory guidance within a collaborative team.

This is a technical role suited to a candidate who wants to deepen funds expertise while working closely with experienced lawyers on cross-jurisdictional matters. The team supports a range of fund structures and provides ongoing commercial legal advice to managers and stakeholders.

• 1–2 years PQE (or equivalent)
• Admitted to practice in Singapore
• Prior funds or fund-formation experience highly desirable
• Strong corporate background with excellent drafting, research and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team
