An international law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate for its Global Employment & Labor Law practice. The role focuses on advising US-based multinational clients on domestic and cross-border employment and labor law matters, including expansion into new jurisdictions, global workforce management, and employment issues in M&A and restructuring transactions.

The position involves leading cross-border and multi-disciplinary employment projects, providing commercially practical support to in-house counsel and managers with global responsibilities. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative global team environment with culturally diverse colleagues.

Up to 3 years of experience in employment law
Employment counseling and transactional experience
Background in international employment law
Strong academic credentials from a top law school

Ability to work smoothly in a global team environment
