Associate, Securitization — New York

Experienced associates are sought for a busy global finance practice based in New York focusing on asset‑backed and structured financings. The role involves supporting public and private offerings of asset‑backed securities and related structured finance transactions across a wide range of asset classes.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders, and working closely with deal teams across offices. Candidates must be admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in asset‑backed securitization and structured finance transactions (e.g., ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, data centers, esoteric and consumer assets)
• Experience drafting and negotiating offering documents and transaction agreements for public and private securitizations
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar
• Strong drafting, commercial judgment and ability to collaborate on multi‑jurisdictional deal teams
