A team-oriented associate is sought to join a thriving insurance litigation practice in Atlanta. The role offers hands-on involvement in complex insurance coverage disputes and policyholder-side recovery matters.

The position involves managing complex litigation matters from start to finish, drafting legal documents, and analyzing intricate insurance coverage questions across commercial general liability, umbrella and excess policies. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in policyholder insurance recovery litigation.

Three to four years of insurance litigation experience
Experience handling complex litigation matters and drafting legal documents
Ability to analyze insurance coverage issues, including CGL, umbrella and excess policies
Experience representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes
Prior policyholder insurance recovery litigation experience preferred
Team-oriented and collaborative approach
