We have an opportunity for an insurance coverage litigation attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join a dynamic practice in Phoenix. The ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, and highly motivated lawyer with strong writing skills and a keen interest in coverage work.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs; preparing and responding to written discovery; analyzing insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions with recommendations for clients; conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis; reviewing documents in preparation for litigation; attending and conducting depositions, hearings, and mediations; and submitting filings to the court.

3–5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience
Admitted to practice in Arizona; additional admissions a plus
Discovery, law and motion, and state/federal court experience
Excellent academic credentials and work history

Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team
