Leading Los Angeles office seeking an associate to join a growing Investment Funds team. The group works on a broad range of fund formation and investment-management matters across private equity, hedge funds, private credit, real estate and hybrid structures, with opportunities to work on retail-alternative vehicles (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).

The role offers meaningful client contact and exposure to business development initiatives within a strategically important practice area. The team is interdisciplinary and fast-growing, suited to candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong collaborative skills.

4–8 years' fund formation / investment management experience.
Solid background with private equity, hedge funds, private credit, real estate or hybrid fund structures.
Familiarity or interest in retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds) a plus.
Proven client-facing skills and commercial awareness; willingness to support business development.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced team.
