We are seeking a 3rd–5th year corporate associate to join a market-leading Corporate Advisory and Fund Formation practice in New York. The role centers on representing private equity sponsors and investors in the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds.

Beyond fund formation, the position involves advising fund sponsors on a broad range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters arising in their business. Associates work directly with partners and clients from the outset, taking meaningful responsibility on sophisticated fund matters.

3–5 years of fund formation experience at a law firm
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the New York bar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with readiness for direct partner and client contact
High level of professionalism in engaging with high-priority clients and investors
Ability to balance multiple assignments, stay organized and demonstrate strong attention to detail
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings
