Associate – Labor & Employment, Munich

Leading international law firm seeks an Associate to join its Munich labor & employment team. The role involves advising clients on a range of employment- and labor-related matters, working closely with local and international colleagues on client-facing assignments.

The team is looking for a motivated, team-oriented lawyer who takes responsibility in client interactions and contributes to a collaborative practice. Strong written and oral communication in German and English is required.

• 1–2 years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment law
• Successful completion of both German state examinations (at least one VB)
• Fluent German and strong English (written and spoken)
• Proven teamwork skills and the ability to take responsibility in client matters
