Associate, Litigation — Denver

Experienced litigation associate opportunity in a Denver office of a regional US law firm. The role is client-facing and team-oriented, supporting matters across litigation practice areas.

Typical responsibilities include drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing communications with clients and opposing parties, and preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances. The team values strong research, persuasive writing, analytical thinking and clear communication.

• Minimum 4 years' litigation experience (PQE)
• Experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Experience preparing for and taking depositions and handling court appearances
• Excellent legal research, persuasive writing and analytical skills
• Strong client-management and communication abilities
• Admission to practice in the relevant state and authorization to work in Denver
