Experienced litigation associate opportunity in a busy general liability and insurance-defense practice. The role involves managing a heavy caseload of complex matters including catastrophic injury, premises liability, negligent security, transportation, hospitality and New York Labor Law claims, and working with domestic and international insurers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, conducting legal research, developing case strategies and preparing matters for trial. The position will require regular client-facing work and coordinated reporting to insurer clients and insureds.

J.D. and 3–6 years of litigation experience (defense/insurance preferred)
Proven experience taking depositions and handling hearings/mediations
