From day one, you will work closely within the team and directly on demanding domestic and cross-border mandates, including private M&A, private equity, complex carve-outs, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate and governance matters.

At least fully satisfactory examination results (vollbefriedigend)
Ideally relevant experience in M&A
Fluent business English, preferably gained through time abroad
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
