Associate (Rechtsanwalt / Rechtsanwältin, m/w/d) – M&A, Munich

Leading German transactional team is seeking associates to join its Munich M&A group. The role involves advising domestic and international corporates and financial investors on complex national and cross-border M&A matters, including private M&A, private equity, carve-outs, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

You'll work closely in team-oriented deal groups on high-profile, technically demanding transactions and benefit from structured mentoring, dedicated professional development and opportunities for secondments within an international network.

• Fully qualified German lawyer (Staatsexamen) with at least "vollbefriedigende" exam results
• Relevant M&A experience preferred (private M&A / private equity / carve-outs)
• Fluent English, ideally evidenced by study or work abroad
• Additional qualifications such as LL.M. or a doctorate are a plus
• Strategic thinker, solution-oriented, team player, comfortable with modern legal technologies
