Associate — M&A & Private Equity, Denver

Top-tier international firm seeks associates (law school class years 2021–2024) to join its M&A and private equity team in Denver. The role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related corporate matters.

Successful candidates will manage transactions end-to-end, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and have frequent direct client contact. This is a high-responsibility role suited to entrepreneurial, business-development-oriented associates who can work independently and build client relationships.

• Experience on M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong corporate-law fundamentals and familiarity with market terms
• Significant drafting and transaction-management experience
• Self-starter with commercial awareness and business-development interest
• Comfortable with direct client contact and running matters with autonomy
