M&A and Private Equity Associate — New York

A leading New York corporate practice is seeking experienced associates to join its M&A and Private Equity group. The team advises clients on complex acquisitions and private equity-driven transactions.

The role offers substantial deal responsibility, including drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, coordinating specialist advisors on multidisciplinary deal teams, and supervising and mentoring junior associates. Candidates will work closely with colleagues across practice areas on high-value transactions.

• At least four years of relevant corporate experience
• Demonstrated experience with private equity and leveraged buyout transactions
