- Minimum 4 years of transactional experience, with significant private equity and leveraged buyout experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for acquisition and purchase agreements
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior associates and coordinating deal teams
- Admission to practice in New York
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
