Associate — M&A & Private Equity, New York

Top-tier New York corporate team seeks an experienced associate to join its M&A and private equity practice. The role focuses on private equity and leveraged buyout transactions across middle‑market and larger deals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, coordinating deal teams and outside counsel, and supervising and mentoring junior associates and other legal specialists. The position requires admission to practice in New York.

• Minimum 4 years of private equity/M&A transactional experience, including leveraged buyouts
• Experience drafting and negotiating acquisition and purchase agreements
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior team members and coordinate cross‑functional deal teams
• Admission to practice in New York
