Associate – M&A, Stockholm

International law firm with a major Stockholm office is hiring junior associates to join its corporate team focused on complex M&A, private capital and banking & finance transactions. The role offers regular cross‑border work and close collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s global network.

You will gain early client exposure and take on substantive responsibilities in market‑leading, complex transactions while benefiting from structured global training, secondment opportunities and access to specialist initiatives such as Legal Tech and ESG.

• Qualified lawyer or newly graduated with up to a few years' post‑qualification experience in transactional work
• Strong academic record and excellent written and spoken Swedish and English
• Demonstrable interest in M&A and corporate transactions; experience from transactional or corporate work is an advantage
• Team player with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a service‑oriented attitude
