Mid-Level and Senior Level M&A Associates — New York

A leading international law firm is seeking stellar mid-level and senior level associates to join its mergers & acquisitions practice in New York.

The role focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Associates will take a lead role on diligence and the drafting of ancillary agreements, and will be expected to handle all other aspects of a transaction — including drafting primary deal documents and interfacing directly with clients.

• 3–6 years of M&A experience
• Experience leading on diligence and drafting ancillary agreements
• Familiarity with all aspects of a transaction, including drafting primary deal documents
• Experience interfacing directly with clients
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Excellent credentials
