Our privacy, cybersecurity, and data innovation practice is seeking entrepreneurial associates to join its growing Washington, D.C. team. The group is regularly recognized among the leading privacy and data security offerings nationwide and represents global platforms and disruptive technology companies on their most critical regulatory, litigation, product, and business matters.

The work spans privacy and cybersecurity counseling, government investigations, and related litigation, with opportunities to advise clients on high-stakes regulatory and product strategies. The team is collaborative and dynamic, and the role offers substantial professional growth for the right candidate.

Three to seven years of substantive experience at a leading law firm.
Strong academic credentials.
Privacy, cybersecurity, and/or technology company experience.
Ideally, a broad background in counseling, government investigations, and related litigation.
Experience with incident response and crisis management, FTC consumer-protection matters, and online platform regulation is desirable.
