Private Companies Associate (4th–6th Year)

An elite global corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Palo Alto office, advising private and public companies across the full corporate lifecycle.

The role centers on representing high-growth businesses through formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. You will work within a collaborative team on sophisticated transactions for venture-backed and emerging companies.

• Four to six years of general corporate experience with private and public companies
• Experience representing high-growth businesses in formations, financings, M&A, and general corporate matters
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
