An elite national private companies team is seeking 3rd–6th year associates to advise disruptive, venture-backed companies and the investors who fund them. The role centers on early-stage and growth-stage life sciences companies throughout their growth cycle.

Associates will counsel clients on general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and liquidity events, while working with life sciences companies of all sizes on strategic legal needs. The position offers the chance to join a growing national platform and work with clients shaping the life sciences industry.

Beyond client work, associates are encouraged to build and run a practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the development of the national private companies platform.

3–6 years of substantial experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies, particularly in the life sciences sector
Deep experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and liquidity events
Corporate department experience at a national or international law firm, specifically working with life sciences companies
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
