National private companies team seeks a 3rd–6th year associate to advise venture-backed and growth-stage companies, with a primary focus on life sciences clients. The role involves leading and supporting corporate workstreams across the company life cycle, including venture financings and liquidity events.

Successful candidates will join a growing national platform, have opportunities to build a practice, participate in external speaking and thought leadership, and contribute to the development of the private companies group.

The role is open across multiple U.S. offices. The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and parental/fertility support.

3–6 years of relevant corporate associate experience (PQE)
Substantial experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies, preferably life sciences-focused
Proven experience with venture capital financings and other corporate transactions
Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
