An elite national private companies team is seeking 3rd–6th year associates to advise disruptive companies and the investors who fund them. The group works across the full growth cycle, from formation through venture capital financings and liquidity events.

This role carries a particular life sciences focus. Associates will counsel venture-backed life sciences companies of all sizes on general corporate matters, working with clients that are shaping the industry. The team is growing nationally, and the position offers meaningful responsibility from day one.

Beyond client work, associates are encouraged to build and run their own practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the development of the national private companies platform.

3rd–6th year associate with substantial experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies
Particular experience with life sciences companies preferred
Deep experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters throughout the growth cycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events
Corporate department experience at a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
