Top-tier national private companies team is seeking 3rd–6th year associates with a life sciences focus to join its growing practice advising emerging and growth-stage companies and their investors. The role centers on venture-backed corporate work, including financings and exit transactions across the growth lifecycle.

Successful candidates will work on a broad docket of corporate matters for life sciences clients, have opportunities to build a practice and contribute to a national private companies platform, and participate in client-facing and thought leadership activities.

3–6 years post-qualification (or equivalent) experience in corporate work, with substantial experience counseling early-stage and growth-stage companies
Demonstrated experience with venture capital financings, liquidity events and general corporate matters for life sciences companies
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, transactional and teamwork skills
