Seeking a mid‑to‑senior associate to join a leading private investment funds team in San Francisco. The role focuses on structuring, formation and operation of private investment vehicles and supporting related transactions, including venture capital and private equity financings and acquisitions.

The team works collaboratively across practices and geographies on fund formations and alternative investment structures for domestic and international clients. The successful candidate will take responsibility for substantial components of matter work while also contributing as a team member on larger transactions.

4–6 years post‑qualification experience in private investment funds or fund formation work
Experience representing venture capital and private equity funds on structuring, formation and related transactions
Proven ability to manage substantial components of deals and to work effectively in teams
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
