A leading global law firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join its Project Development & Finance practice, one of the largest and most active in the world. The team represents both project lenders and sponsors across nearly every industrial sector and geography, and regularly handles well over 100 project financings each year, including many market-leading and award-winning transactions.

The practice has deep roots in project development and continues to pioneer financing structures that shape the market. Working alongside regulatory and industry-focused colleagues around the globe, the team identifies issues and opportunities — particularly in energy transition — and drives complex financings to completion with commercial focus and technical sophistication.

By representing parties on both sides of the table, the group offers a full understanding of deal dynamics and the ability to structure transactions that deliver maximum value and security for sponsors and position financings for successful syndication for lenders.

Minimum of 2 years of experience
Preferably experience in project development and/or finance at a large national or international law firm
Strong technical and commercial skills suited to complex project finance transactions
Joining the third to fourth-year associate class
