Leading global project finance team is hiring a mid‑to‑senior associate to join its Project Development & Finance practice in Asia. The role is open to candidates for the Singapore or Tokyo offices and will work on cross‑border financings across energy, renewables and infrastructure sectors.

The team advises both lenders and sponsors on complex project financings, with frequent involvement in large-scale, market‑shaping transactions and energy‑transition work. You will collaborate closely with regional and international colleagues on deal structuring, documentation and execution.

This is a practice‑focused role for an experienced project finance lawyer who wants exposure to high‑value, highly structured transactions across the Asia region.

Minimum of 4 years' post‑qualification project finance experience (PQE).
Demonstrable experience on project financings for energy, renewables or infrastructure transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on finance documentation (facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor, O&M/PGAs where relevant).
Ability to work on cross‑border matters and collaborate with international teams; commercial awareness and client‑facing capability.
