Associate, Project Finance — Athens

International law firm with a strong project and asset finance practice in Athens is seeking an associate to join its Greek finance team. The team advises on large-scale energy, infrastructure, transport and real estate financings and acts on multi‑party, cross‑border transactions.

The role involves drafting and negotiating Greek‑law financing documentation (in English and Greek), coordinating with lenders, counterparties and foreign counsel, conducting legal research and responding to client queries on complex project finance matters.

• 3–5 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE) in financing or project finance transactions
• Practical experience drafting and negotiating Greek‑law finance agreements
• Law degree from a Greek university
• Excellent command of English; strong client‑facing and communication skills
• Team player with a proactive, flexible and service‑orientated approach
