Associate, Real Estate — Denver

Top-tier international law firm seeks a mid-level real estate associate to join its Denver real estate practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, financings, investments and diligence across a range of property types.

The successful candidate will work on matters including real estate finance, purchase and sale transactions and joint ventures, manage aspects of matters, draft transaction documents, and interact directly with clients. The team values strong drafting, commercial judgment, and the ability to supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.

• 3–6 years post-qualification transactional real estate experience (private practice preferred)
• Experience with real estate finance, acquisitions/dispositions and/or joint ventures
• Demonstrated drafting skills and matter management experience
• Comfort interacting with clients and supervising junior team members
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to a U.S. Bar
