We are seeking Associates to join a pan‑European Corporate Real Estate team with openings in Frankfurt and Munich. The team advises international investors, funds, asset managers and developers on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, structured transactions, project development and asset‑management matters.

Successful candidates will work on cross‑border mandates, quickly take on direct client contact and receive structured mentoring and training to develop their technical and transactional skills. The role offers exposure to other practice areas through multidisciplinary collaboration and flexible working arrangements.

Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent German legal qualification
Strong academic record and excellent written and spoken English
Practical experience in real estate transactions, joint ventures and/or project development (start‑to‑finish deal exposure preferred)
Ability to work in international, cross‑border teams and strong commercial awareness
