Well-established UK real estate team is hiring a qualified associate to join its Leeds office on a permanent basis. The group covers the full property lifecycle, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant work, asset management, development and construction matters, plus related due diligence for corporate transactions.

The role offers hands-on transactional and advisory work for a varied client base, with opportunities to assist on portfolio deals, pre-lets, investor purchases and occupier development/refurbishment projects. The team emphasises collaborative working, technical development and client-facing responsibility.

2–4 years' post-qualification experience in real estate law (commercial focus)
Experience in acquisitions/disposals and commercial landlord & tenant matters; exposure to construction, planning or land‑use matters advantageous
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
Commercial mindset, comfortable taking responsibility for client work and developing business
