Join an internationally integrated real estate practice advising leading global private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors on complex, high-value real estate investments. The team handles residential portfolios, commercial properties, data centers, renewable energy projects, and manufacturing facilities, with many transactions reaching hundreds of millions or billions in value.

As an associate, you will work on sophisticated national and international transactions from the outset, collaborating closely with colleagues in London and operating in English as the main working language. Your work will span due diligence reviews, preparation of due diligence reports and transaction documentation, and early responsibility in transaction and project management.

The role sits at the intersection of private equity, M&A, and real estate, offering exposure to cross-border deal-making and a structured training program with hands-on mentoring. The team values flat hierarchies, open collaboration, and early responsibility.

Newly qualified or equivalent experience in corporate, real estate, or private equity transactions
Strong analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in cross-border, integrated teams
Fluent in English; German language skills beneficial but not essential
Commercial mindset and willingness to take on responsibility early
