An opportunity has arisen for a real estate associate to join a leading global law firm's Corporate Real Estate team in Sydney. The role involves advising a diverse range of clients on real estate transactions and related matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property development.

The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents, conduct due diligence, and assist with transaction management. They will liaise with clients, counterparties, and stakeholders, and support senior lawyers and partners on complex, large-scale transactions. The role also includes keeping abreast of legal developments and market trends, and contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Qualified to practise as a solicitor in Australia
2–4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate real estate law
Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
