You will work on creditor and debtor advisory matters, including out‑of‑court restructurings, formal insolvency and self‑administration procedures, distressed asset and company sales, and director liability issues. The role offers early client contact, interdisciplinary project work and structured training.

Qualified lawyer (German legal qualifications) — suitable for career starters / entry‑level associates
Strong academic record and excellent examination results
Interest and/or some exposure to restructuring, insolvency or distressed transactions
Fluent English (verbal and written); German required for client work
Team player with commercial awareness and strong communication skills
