Associate — Restructuring & Insolvency, Hamburg

Top-tier international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its restructuring and insolvency team in Hamburg. The role involves advising on comprehensive corporate restructurings and refinancing, distressed investments, and purchases/sales of businesses out of insolvency.

You will work on court-led corporate rescue processes and support complex turnaround and refinancing mandates across a range of industries, collaborating with a motivated, international team and benefitting from structured professional development.

• German law degree with above‑average results
• Strong written and spoken English skills preferred
