Join a market-leading aviation finance team in London advising on cross-border aircraft finance, leasing and related transactions. You will work on a range of matters including operating and finance leases, sale-and-leasebacks, debt financings, export-credit and tax-driven structures, and portfolio transactions.

Associates are involved in live deals from day one: drafting and negotiating documentation, managing deal execution across time zones, and liaising with lenders, lessors and lessees. The role offers exposure to contentious matters (lease enforcement, repossessions) and opportunities for international secondments and cross-practice collaboration within a global aviation group.

The team provides a supportive, high-performance environment with clear progression, client-facing responsibility, and scope for business development and knowledge-sharing.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent jurisdiction; up to 5 years' PQE
Experience in aviation finance, asset finance or closely related finance/corporate practice
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on transactional finance documents
Commercial awareness, strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
