An opportunity exists to join a leading Banking & Finance practice in Brisbane, working alongside partners and colleagues across multiple offices on some of the most complex and interesting finance transactions in the market. The team advises clients across nearly every sector, from government and healthcare to infrastructure, media and banking.

The role offers exposure to a range of partners within the practice group and a wide variety of work, with the freedom to develop a niche while building a strong foundation across the field. You will advise clients on financing arrangements relating to project structuring and documentation, acquisition and leverage finance, property finance, and general corporate financing.

This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements and flexibility to discuss arrangements that suit your circumstances.

Several years' experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm, locally or internationally
Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions
A desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others
