Associate / Senior Associate, Banking & Finance — Melbourne

Join a national Banking & Finance team advising on a broad range of financings for clients across government, infrastructure, healthcare, media and financial institutions. You will work on structured financings including project finance, acquisition and leveraged deals, securitisations, property and general corporate lending.

This is a permanent, full‑time role with flexible and hybrid working options. You will work closely with senior lawyers across offices and be supported with structured learning, coaching and international secondment opportunities through a global alliance.

• Experience in a Banking & Finance team at a large law firm, or a mix of private practice and in‑house finance experience
• Exposure to project finance, acquisition/leveraged financings, securitisation, debt facilities, property or corporate finance transactions
• Strong technical drafting and commercial judgment, plus a desire to learn, develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
