Experience in a Banking & Finance team at a large law firm or a mixture of private practice and in‑house finance experience
Exposure to project finance, leveraged/acquisition finance, securitisation, debt facilities, property or general corporate financing transactions
Strong commercial judgment, a desire to learn and develop, and willingness to mentor junior lawyers
Comfort working in a collaborative, client‑facing team with flexible/hybrid arrangements
