You will join a market-leading division consistently ranked in the top tier for Defendant Clinical Negligence, working on sensitive cases that often involve intricate legal and medical issues. The team provides comprehensive legal services to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers for private hospitals, clinics and practitioners, including advice on medical insurance coverage, healthcare law and regulatory matters.

4+ years' PQE as a UK-qualified Solicitor or CILEX-qualified with relevant experience
Experience in medical malpractice claims
Client contact and attendance at business development events
Knowledge of insurance and coverage issues
