Associate / Senior Associate, D&O & Financial Institutions Insurance — London

A senior insurance coverage role within a well-established D&O and financial institutions team based in London. The team advises insurers and reinsurers on complex coverage issues across multinational policies and handles significant cross-border matters.

The role involves advising on D&O, FI, crime and management liability policies, managing a varied caseload of coverage disputes and working closely with overseas offices and specialists in related areas (corporate, employment, white collar crime).

Responsibilities include providing clear coverage advice and reports, acting as a client-facing contact when required, supporting business development and contributing to team knowledge-sharing and training.

• Qualified solicitor with c.4 years PQE in insurance coverage (or in-house at a financial lines insurer).
• Strong experience advising on complex D&O and financial institutions policy issues.
• Excellent client-handling and drafting skills; able to produce clear, commercially-focused legal advice and reports.
• Comfortable working on cross-border matters and collaborating with overseas colleagues and other specialist teams.
