Qualified solicitor with 6+ years post-qualification experience in employment law at a City or international firm.
Proven experience on transactional projects, including employment due diligence and negotiating employment-related documents.
Practical knowledge of TUPE (service provision changes and asset purchase scenarios).
Strong project management skills and ability to run employment aspects of transactions with limited supervision.
Well-rounded HR advisory experience and confidence in direct client engagement on multi-party transactional calls.
Commercial mindset, proactive approach, and involvement in business development activity; sector experience in energy, infrastructure or transport advantageous.
