An opportunity for an experienced energy lawyer to join a respected national practice in Melbourne, working on renewable energy and energy-transition matters. The role will focus on projects, transactional work and regulatory aspects across the clean-energy sector.

You will be joining a team advising developers, investors and corporates on the development, financing and contracting of renewable projects, as well as related regulatory and commercial issues. The role offers exposure to market-leading matters and continued professional development.

• Admitted solicitor in Australia (working rights in Victoria).
• Prior experience on renewable energy, power project or energy-transition matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills on transactional matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a specialist energy team and manage client relationships.
