Join a market-leading Financial Institutions & Directors’ & Officers (D&O) insurance team in London advising insurers and reinsurers on high-value, complex claims and coverage disputes. The team handles a wide range of matters across the London, US and international insurance markets, including multi-jurisdictional programmes.

The role involves advising on D&O and financial institutions claims from notification to resolution, managing coverage issues and defence work, and supporting litigation, arbitration and mediation. You will work on large, high-profile matters, provide strategic input on global claims and collaborate with steering committees on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
Significant post-qualification experience in Financial Institutions and/or D&O insurance work, ideally from a leading insurance or disputes practice
Proven experience advising insurer or reinsurer clients on complex claims and coverage issues
Experience supporting or leading litigation, arbitration and mediation matters
Understanding of insolvency-related claims, regulatory investigations or financial misconduct matters desirable
Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills and excellent client-handling ability
