Join a globally integrated financial markets team advising on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional financing transactions. You will work on leveraged and structured financings, project and asset financings, and related restructuring matters.

The role involves day-to-day transaction execution — drafting, negotiation and client-facing work — while collaborating with colleagues across Asia Pacific and other international offices to deliver coordinated solutions.

2–4 years' PQE (UK equivalent) with admission in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
Experience in one or more of: general banking, leveraged finance, infrastructure/project finance, asset or structured finance, or restructuring
Strong technical and transactional skills, commercial acumen and ability to manage client work
Proven ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and contribute to business development and team mentoring
