Join a market-leading Housing Development & Regeneration team based in the firm’s Leeds office, which leads residential development work across the North. The team advises on the full lifecycle of housing projects including land acquisition, strategic promotion arrangements, development and infrastructure agreements, joint venture and consortium structures, and institutional investment.

This role offers the chance to work on a broad residential development caseload for national and regional housebuilders, public sector partners and developers. Associates will handle title due diligence and land acquisition work; senior associates will lead transactions, supervise junior fee-earners and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

The office promotes a hybrid working approach and provides structured training, in-person mentoring and opportunities to develop a leadership path within the regional practice.

Qualified solicitor (NQ+); applications considered across Associate to Senior Associate level.
Experience in residential development or demonstrable commitment to build a career in housing development and regeneration.
Proven ability to manage a caseload to tight deadlines, deliver practical commercial advice and negotiate effectively.
For Senior Associate applicants: experience leading transactions, supervising junior staff and coordinating multi-specialist teams.
Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute to business development and client pitches.
