We are seeking an Associate with around 4 years' PQE to join the insurance team in our Sydney office. The role involves advising leading local and international insurers on complex insurance matters, defending complaints and claims against various professionals, including directors and officers, and handling regulatory investigations and inquiries.

You will gain broad exposure to complex contentious and non-contentious coverage issues across financial lines, warranty & indemnity, and cyber, while managing professional liability litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts. You will also handle subrogated recoveries for insurers and draft advices, pleadings, and other legal documents.

Around 4 years' PQE with relevant defendant insurance and coverage experience
