• 3–5 years post-admission experience in Australia
• Experience in insolvency, restructuring and exposure to commercial litigation (law firm or specialist practice experience preferred)
• Strong drafting and communication skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to run matters through dispute resolution processes and manage competing timelines
• Admission to practice in Australia and right to work in Australia
