We have an opportunity for a litigation lawyer to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Sydney, working closely with leading Partners and lawyers on complex commercial matters.

You will join a nationally established Dispute Resolution group of over 115 lawyers, covering the full spectrum of commercial dispute resolution and litigation, including commercial and contractual disputes, banking and financial services litigation, restructuring and insolvency, public sector, property disputes, regulatory investigations, and tax disputes.

This is a hands-on commercial litigation role offering significant learning, development and progression opportunities, with exposure to interesting clients and complex matters.

Between 3 and 5 years of post-admission experience in Australia.
Previous experience in insolvency and restructuring, with some exposure to commercial litigation, ideally from a large or medium-sized law firm or specialist litigation practice.
Strong communication and drafting skills with outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to confidently run matters through dispute resolution processes.
Ability to handle a busy workload with competing timelines.
