Join a well-established Australian litigation team as an Associate or Senior Associate specialising in personal injury. You will be part of a small, busy practice that handles complex public liability, asbestos and dust-disease matters for government and self-insured clients.

The role involves working closely with senior litigation counsel on contested matters in the NSW courts, with clear access to experienced mentors and opportunities to develop courtroom and advisory skills.

The team seeks applicants who can manage deadlines and maintain high standards on detailed, technical files while contributing positively to a collaborative, supportive workplace culture.

2–7 years' post-qualification experience in personal injury litigation (District or Supreme Court of NSW experience preferred)
Experience with public liability and asbestos/dust-disease matters advantageous
Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to manage competing deadlines
Comfortable working in a small, high-volume team and supporting senior lawyers on complex contested matters
