Join a market-leading product liability team that advises insurers and insureds on high-value and complex liability disputes, including personal injury, property damage and aviation-related claims. The team handles multi-party and cross-border matters and works closely with colleagues across international offices.

The role will focus on defending personal injury and product liability claims and advising on related property and coverage issues. You will work for commercial and insurer clients on technically demanding disputes where commercial judgment and practical solutions are important.

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a practising certificate
Approximately 2+ years post-qualification experience in insurance litigation or personal injury work
Experience or interest in product liability, aviation liability or property damage claims
Exposure to coverage disputes, multi-party litigation and cross-border matters desirable
Commercial litigation or arbitration experience advantageous; strong litigation process knowledge
