Associate / Senior Associate — Projects & Development (Sydney)

• Experience advising on project development and infrastructure or energy transactions (including renewables).
• Proven ability to manage smaller matters and discrete elements of larger transactions independently.
• Strong team ethic with experience mentoring or developing junior lawyers.
• Client‑focused approach and willingness to contribute to business development (pitches, events, thought leadership).
