Strong law-firm associate opportunity on a capital markets/structured finance team in the Washington, DC office of a leading US law firm. The role focuses on CLO, ABS/CMBS, securitizations and related structured lending work, as well as general bank and syndicated lending matters.

Team seeks candidates with solid transactional law-firm experience who can handle private securities offerings, securitizations or asset-backed/structured lending transactions. The group values practical deal experience, commercial judgment and strong academic credentials.

2–6 years of relevant PQE in structured finance, securitization, CLO, ABS/CMBS or bank lending (including syndicated lending and asset-backed/structured lending)
Demonstrated transactional experience on private securities offerings or securitizations, or on bank/asset-backed lending matters
Excellent academic credentials and prior law-firm experience on finance/capital markets matters
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills
