Associate, Structured Finance (CLO) — London

Join a leading international finance team advising on complex structured finance and securitization transactions. The group works on a wide range of deals, including CLOs, cash and synthetic securitisations and other asset-backed financings for issuers, sponsors, banks, funds and investors.

The London structured finance team offers cross-border work and exposure to both market-standard and bespoke transactions. This role is an opportunity to develop alongside specialists across structured finance, capital markets and asset management in a resource-rich environment.

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in structured finance, securitisation or related capital markets work.
• Experience on CLOs or other asset-backed financings preferred.
• Strong drafting and deal-management skills; comfortable with cross-border teams and multiple counterparties.
