Join a top-tier finance team in London advising on complex structured finance and securitization transactions. The group acts on bespoke capital‑raising and investment solutions, offering cross‑border advice on commercial, insolvency and tax issues that arise in large-scale financings.

Work covers a wide range of asset classes and deal types, from traditional CLOs, credit‑card and auto receivables to whole‑business and niche asset securitisations. The team regularly advises issuers, sponsors, banks, investors, insurers and other market participants on innovative and first‑time structures.

Minimum 2 years' post‑qualification experience in structured finance / securitisations.
Experience on CLOs, asset‑backed financings, cash or synthetic securitisations and related transactional work.
Strong drafting skills, commercial judgment and ability to manage cross‑border transactions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and communicate clearly with clients and market counterparties.
