Join a dedicated Structured Finance team in London working across securitisations, asset-backed financings and structured insurance/reinsurance transactions. The team collaborates closely with financial regulation, funds, banking and derivatives colleagues to deliver cross-practice financing solutions for a broad client base.

This role offers exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and substantial client contact. The team is looking for someone intellectually curious and collaborative who can help develop the practice and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualified lawyer (0-5 PQE) in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
Experience or demonstrable interest in structured finance, securitisation or other complex financing arrangements
Strong technical drafting, negotiation and transaction-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive commercial mindset with appetite to contribute to business development (briefing papers, client updates, seminars)
